Scroll sync

In side by side view the scroll is only sync if I scroll in same side where cursor is. Left side cursor and left side scroll or right side cursor and right side scroll. If cursor on left and scroll on right or the opposite only one side is scrolling.

Horizontal scroll is not sync so for long lines have to scroll in left side and again right side. Then scroll back to beginning of line in left and right so can check rest of the file changes.
