Side indicator #287
Description
In VSCode there is a side indicator on the right that shows 2 columns that summarize all changes in current file. Removed lines are red in first column and added lines are green in second column. Then you can see how many changes are in the file. Without it there is no way to know you have to go next hunk until it's the last one but I don't know if there's one more change or lots left.
