"LWIP_NO_CTYPE_H" redefined

3.1.2/tools/sdk/lwip2/include/lwip/arch.h defines LWIP_NO_CTYPE_H on line 215:

214 | #ifndef LWIP_NO_CTYPE_H
215 | #define LWIP_NO_CTYPE_H 0
216 | #endif

3.1.2/tools/sdk/lwip2/include/arch/cc.h then defines it again on line 68:

68 | #define LWIP_NO_CTYPE_H 1

Result is an redefine error.

Wrapping with an #ifndef removes the warning and the sketch compiles ok, but I'm unsure if this is the right thing to do.

Do you include these headers, or some library, or some other code? Mind, there is no issue building in CI any of the example sketches

ifndef guard is for default, while the idea with the define line is to override the default. since headers are 'only included once' most of the time by using yet another ifndef, you might break the intended order
but, as far as I could see, if you do #include "lwip/arch.h which in turn does #include "arch/cc.h" it should work just fine
(unless there is some other header pulling cc.h incorrectly)
