openapi: specs out of sync with ethersphere/bee (v7.3.0 → v8.1.0)

Swarm.yaml and SwarmCommon.yaml in this repo are behind ethersphere/bee.

Missing endpoints

• GET /debugstore
• GET /batches/{batch_id}
• PUT /loggers/{exp}/{verbosity}

Semantic error

• POST /wallet/withdraw/{coin} — coin param uses SwarmAddress schema instead of WithdrawCoin enum ("bzz" / "nativetoken")

Missing from SwarmCommon.yaml
