Any community chat or server for developement?

@eval-exec Do you have a chat server for any development collaboration or do you prefer Github issues/discussions?

I'm not insisting on any particular platform (e.g. Discord, Zulip, IRC, etc..). Just wanted to know if there was anything already.

@rirze Hello, neomacs don't have a chat server. since neomacs is not ready, so I think we don't need a chat server. Maybe someday, neomacs is production ready, we can start a discord server like doom emacs.
