This was a deployed-only, multi-agent exploratory review. It used six delegated lanes and completed three execution loops plus a final review loop. The broad happy path for many generated examples looked healthy, but five repeatable defects were confirmed.

Major highlights

• Command coverage sampled domain commands, faker/helper commands, newly changed/added command families, validators, structured/constrained parameters, docs examples with multiple examples, and removed/deprecated/unknown commands.
• Confirmed defects include two validation gaps in autoIncrement, one app state/filter issue after Amend Table, one keyboard tab-order issue in the generator schema editor, and one docs/runtime mismatch for a Faker Helpers example.
• Each defect has committed markdown, screenshots, and where applicable a video reproduction in the artifact bundle.
