Exploratory test review for issue #286 / PR #294

A deployed-only multi-agent exploratory test review was completed against:

Summary

The review completed three main loops plus a mandatory final review loop, with six delegated lanes: command coverage, negative validation, docs consistency, UX regression, responsive/accessibility, and removed/deprecated parameter review.

The original story example is improved: number.bigInt(min=100, max=1000) is documented in app help/docs and generated in-range values in deployed runtime testing.

Five repeatable defects were found and will be attached as subissues:

1. lorem.* count parameters accepted but ignored.
2. Negative image dimensions accepted.
3. Runtime failures written as **ERROR** data while status says generation complete.
4. Zero count/length params generate blank values with success.
5. Airline docs show duplicated command prefixes.
