[Bug]: Extended Updates List Buged

Problem summary

The extended update list flickers and jumps to the top when attempting to scroll with a scroll wheel. Using the scroll grab bar work until you mouse over the list. The Compact and News tabs do not have this issue.

OS: CachyOS
Kernel: Linux 6.19.6-2-cachyos

Steps to reproduce

1. Open/Go to the widget
2. Have enough updates for the scrollbar to appear
3. Go to the Extended tab
4. Scroll with the mouse wheel
5. Watch the list flicker and jump to the top of the list

Expected behavior

I would expect the Extended tab to scroll properly

Actual behavior

The Extended tab flickers and jumps to the top when attempting to scroll.

Apdatifier does not output any logs when browsing the update list

It looks like this broke after Plasma 6.6.1. It has now been fixed.

I recently updated the packages on this system, but once I get more updates I will check on the fix.
