Section 6 of Course Chapter 3 (german version) doesn't accept correct answer

In the german version of spaCy 101 Chapter 3, Section 6 ("Simple Components" / "Einfache Komponenten") doesn't accept the correct answer.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Course Chapter 3 (german version): https://course.spacy.io/de/chapter3
2. In part 6 ("Einfache Komponenten" / "Simple Components"), click on "Lösung zeigen" ("Show solution")
3. Click "Antworten" ("Submit") button.

Expected behaviour: Prise and homage for correct solution :-)

Encountered behaviour: Mistake with text "✘ Irgendetwas stimmt mit nicht mit den Namen deiner
Pipeline-Komponenten!"

I investigated this issue and found two major issues

1. The testing logic for this exercise (Chapter 3 section 6) every other test file in languages other than german has something like

assert nlp.pipe_names[0] == "length_component", "The pipe names don't look right!"

but in the german test file the same logic is as

assert nlp.pipe_names == [ "length_component", "tok2vec", "tagger", "morphologizer", "parser", "lemmatizer", 'attribute_ruler', "ner", ], "Irgendetwas stimmt mit nicht mit den Namen deiner Pipeline-Komponenten!"

This seems to be the core issue that causes the solution to fail. Since this test likely is more appropriate given what we are checking the other files should be updated accordingly but that might cause the other tests to fail as well.
2. There is a version mismatch in spacy-course requirements.txt which has version for de_core_news_sm as 3.8.0 whereas in the spacy-io-binder the version for the same is 3.7.0.
