rename Degoogling to Standard connections for the Android table

This isn't really specifically about Google services. Renaming it would allow expanding it instead of only being able to cover connections to Google specifically instead of connections to Qualcomm, etc. This is related to #115 which assumes that this would be expanded a bit instead of the current narrow scope.

Covering standard connections would also allow adding things not included in AOSP which are added by the operating systems through their added apps or OS functionality.

Standard connections makes more sense than default connections since for example SUPL will only be done after adding a carrier, DRM provisioning probably usually only happens when using DRM media, etc.

It might be worth a mention that /e/os makes standard connections to OpenAI when using voice-to-text

"This feature is exclusively available to Murena Workspace Premium users" so I wouldn't say it's a default connection.

I don't think the other distributions have voice-to-text built in

GrapheneOS is in the process of adding speech-to-text and text-to-speech via local models. It's implemented and being improved before merging it.
