`hermes-parser` crashes when parsing `using`

I'm not sure how to reproduce, but the Prettier test suite fails on some version of Node.js.

PR enabling tests on using test prettier/prettier#18961

Error messages are:

• memory access out of bounds
• function signature mismatch
• null function or function signature mismatch

I think it starts since v0.34.0.

Can you narrow it down to which part of the test actually fails?

Unfortunately, I'm not able to find a way to reproduce.

Looks like the crash is random, but only happens when running tests for cases with using.
