🐞 Bug Report: Show Active / Update in the plugin list when searching

Detailed Description

If a plugin is already installed there is no action button in the search results list or the details popup.

Expected Behavior

The behavior should match core which shows a disabled "Active" button or if an update is available an "Update" button

Current Behavior

No Buttons are shown

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search for an already installed plugin
2. There wont be an action button in the results list or the details popup.

Is this still present? I just looked at one of my sites and the Update button is present for FAIR Connect.
