kyc can not pass for round6 allocator - SilverPowerEnterprise

SilverPowerEnterprise was registered in HongKong, China.   I tried to carry out KYC with my HK identity card, but failed several times. It's very clear and also tried with android phone, but still not working. 
Can you help look into this issue? Thanks!
