I’m new to open source contributions, but I’d love to take this issue and work on improving the documentation. My plan is to:

Add a step-by-step onboarding guide for new contributors

This should make the project more welcoming for new contributors, users, and developers.

I’ll start by drafting the onboarding guide and some example workflows, then open a PR for feedback.

Since I’m new, would you prefer that I structure this as one large PR (onboarding + examples) or break it into smaller ones for easier review?
