Bug: Extremely poor performance after upgrading to v4.1

Description

After updating to version 4.1, all tab operations (switching, closing, dragging) have become extremely laggy. The CPU usage spikes above 50% on startup, and reopening 5 tabs takes more than 1 min. Every operation also pushes CPU usage in Task Manager beyond 20%.

Steps To Reproduce

1. launch FILES
2. operate tab pages, switch, open, drag ,etc

Unfortunately, this didn't help at all. I've emptied the Recycle Bin and took a screenshot of the CPU usage when launching FILES (the column next to CPU is memory usage). As you can see, the resource usage has not improved — it has even gotten worse.

When switching tabs or opening new tabs, the CPU usage stays around 20%, with obvious stuttering and lag.

After updating to version 4.1.1, the performance of tab operations has improved significantly, and the CPU usage spike issue no longer occurs. However, there are still the following problems:
Dragging tabs frequently causes them to overlap with each other.
The CPU usage of FILES remains excessively high on startup.

• Steps To Reproduce

1. Quickly drag and reposition tabs.
2. Repeat the operation two or three times, and you will notice two tabs overlapping. Meanwhile, the entire tab bar becomes semi-transparent, and all tabs stop responding to clicks afterward.

The loading process and average CPU usage at each stage are as follows:
Launch FILES (low usage) → Logo display (low usage) → Restore previous tabs (CPU usage rises to 70%~80% as tabs open) → Theme color rendering (further increases to 80%~90%) → Startup complete (gradually drops back to a low level after about 10 seconds).
