Bug: Global performance issues with app start and folder content access and common operations

I mainly feel a lot of lag/bad performance while opening folders, and doing stuff like renaming, copy/paste, moving files. Sometimes I "miss" and have to do it several times because it was too slow and something got lost.

I have a pretty powerfull PC, so RAM and CPU are not an issue here. Vanilla explorer is lightning fast on my system.

Startup and initial loading of tab are known issues, we're tracking this in #4180. You can check there or click subscribe in the right sidebar for updates.

Just updated, but performance wise I don't see any improvement.

Thanks for checking, there was only one potential fix for performance issues, based on your video it isn't new to 4.1.1.
