"Go To Project" Button is useless #561

related to issue #535
the go to button is aimless as clicking anywhere on the card will transfer us to the repo and with repos that contain "open issues" label it's completely unresponsive, resulting in an inconsistent user experience.
How to Reproduce:
1- visit the website
2- click on project cards and notice that it takes you to the corresponding repo
3- click on project cards with the label "open issues" and nothing happens
proposed solution:
redesigning the cards to accommodate the different types of projects provided, redesign could go from simply removing the "Go To Project" button or make it work the same for all cards to a whole new card structure that includes all project information
