One Bulb Working

One Bulb Works Perfectly while the other 14 don’t and they’re all the same brand and firmware. Any ideas?

What is the log? disconnected?

For example LR Lamp R works beautifully whereas LR Lamp L never works nor do the others. See attached screenshot. I'm not sure what the red errors are.

Only thing I noticed is that under SmartThings IDE Home Location Devices, the working lamp lists data for CURRENT STATE whereas the other devices have no data under CURRENT STATE. No idea why.
