Shipper RegionCode doesn't Work!!

I am from india and setting up ShipSnyc for India. However, When i am adding Shipper RegionCode, it doesn't work at time of generating shipping label. I had to add the region code by self in Ship.php file to get it worked but as it is hard coded, i would like it to be pulled from Admin option. Any solution??

Sure, I did resolve it. Can you please provide me your Ship.php file?

In that code base, there is no file of Ship.php name.
