Docs Migration 7: Clean WordPress

Now that all docs are migrated and years of content development are safe... we need to clean up the site.

• Purge all unused plugins
• Consider using new, more flexible theme
• Review key pages for relevance
• Delete all unpublished old pages
• Manually clean revisions and other crust from database if necessary
• Consider a new plan to migrate to a SaaS WordPress provider
