support unix timestamp in parser

These kinds of timestamp is widely use.
It seems it cannot be parsed by current time_format parser.

Fluent Bit uses the epoch style timestamp internally: https://docs.fluentbit.io/manual/concepts/key-concepts#timestamp

Parsing is handled by strftime which is typically used to convert human timestamps to the UNIX one: https://docs.fluentbit.io/manual/pipeline/parsers/configuring-parser#time-resolution-and-fractional-seconds

As it is already in the right format do you even need to parse it or can you just specify the time_key directly to be the value you have?

The Time_Key is ignored if there is no Time_Format. If the value is not a string, it is ignored.

#9187 should fix this.
