deeplinking tools show empty gray screen and can't find flutter project

first of all if I click on validate deep link where it shows me the current project

it shows me that it's not a flutter project

then if I type the URL in the 2nd input by myself and click validate deep links I get me an empty gray screen

The first issue (dialog says it is not a Flutter project) should be fixed by #9571

I'm marking the second issue (grey screen) as a duplicate of #8873
