Bug: Wierd Red Preview Window on moving a tab

So i moved a Tab on my Browser out as a new windows and when i try to move it back this Bug often appears, the preview just gets stuck and it wont be gone until a reboot.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use chrome, extract tab into new browser
2. Move Tab back into existing Browser on the Left Side of the Screen
3. Wait for the Tiling Preview and let it go when the wierd Preview is shown.
