Hi, I’m currently working on aCGH data and noticed that for some samples, there are segments where I expect amplifications, but the Log2Ratio values are unusually high, reaching up to 26. This seems far beyond typical amplification signals.
I’m wondering if this could be related to signal correction or some other processing step in the pipeline.
Has it been encountered before, do you have any thoughts on what might be causing this?
