SSH keys from other locations do not show up

SSH keys can be referenced from various places on disk. All SSH keys need to show up, regardless of where they are stored. Any keys that are mentioned in ~/.ssh/config should be included in the app interface on launch.

Parse the config file for IdentityFile values and list all keys found in other locations in the UI.
