Update docs for `SetComponentPowerXxx`

### What's needed?

Currently `SetComponentPowerActive` says it can only be used on inverters, and `SetComponentPowerReactive` doesn't mention which components are supported at all.

### Proposed solution

Document the function to specify on which components they can be used and if there are any restrictions on how the function can be used for particular components.
