Add help text / links for the fields

Overview

Some users might not be familiar with what to write for some fields. It might be handy to have a way to help users with this.

Two ideas:

• A tooltip appears when hovering the field itself
• A small "?" next to the field label that clicking it opens a dialogue with small description, an example and perhaps a link to the documentation for this field.
