getting error's on compiling

I'm trying to compile the get_irk with Arduino but it throws me a error.

Compilation error: esp_gap_ble_api.h: No such file or directory

is tryed differrent ESP32 board which a lying around.

Could you give me a fix.

i'm using arduino 2.3.6,

I also get the same error. I wanted to flash an ESP32-S3 board but get the below error;
