Probably a similar/related issue, but compiling from source gives the same result.
Also, once compiled, opening https://github.com/fsprojects/FSharp.Configuration/blob/master/tests/FSharp.Configuration.Tests/YamlProvider.Tests.fs#L8 gives to another error

The funny thing with the fsx file is that it's properly runs with dotnet fsi test.fsx, maybe a DesignTime issue 🤷‍♂️
