Enable Walter to track indie projects #5
Description
Build a command that enables Walter to create new projects in the "Projects" category for users to report on their progress, ask for help on things, etc.
/walt project new "project name"
Creates a channel named something like #project-name-brianmmdev replacing the last bit with the users' name in Discord.
