Add new user failed

When I try to register the new user, the registraion fails with error 405 Method Not Allowed on POST
http://localhost:5173/api/v1/identity/users/register. See screen attached.

Thanks for the report — reproduced and fixed.

Root cause: the admin app posted to POST /api/v1/identity/users/register, but the API serves user registration at the bare route POST /api/v1/identity/register (the /users prefix is only for user-collection sub-resources like /users/{id}/roles). The mismatch is what returned 405. The same bug affected the admin Change password call (/users/change-password → should be /change-password).

Only the admin client was affected — the dashboard app and the identity integration tests already use the correct bare routes. The admin users.ts was even internally inconsistent (it correctly used the no-/users base for forgot-password/reset-password/profile, but not for these two).

Fix: #1310 points both calls at the correct routes and updates the tests. Verified with the full admin user + security Playwright suite (register, change-password, validation, error paths — all green).

This will land on main once #1310 merges.
