Switching between projects disconnects terminal.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Project A
2. Press Code with Claude
3. Open project B
4. Go back to project A
5. Claude tab in the worktree is "Reconnecting terminal" for quite a long time before it's available again.

This does not happen when you switch between worktrees in the same project.
