After attempting install via code and then deleting everything and trying via repository, I get the same issue of multiple null devices showing up in the device list. See screen shot.
I saw another similar issue, but the resolution was related to finding the app in the marketplace on an iOS device. I can't seem to figure out that solution using my laptop or Android device.
