Binary doesnt restart on windows

Hello guys,

Thank you for your work in this library.

I'm trying the basic unmanaged update on Linux and Windows. On Linux, it's working ok, but on Windows, it doesn't restart.

It renames the previous exe to main.exe.old, and it creates the new main.exe, but it does not run the new main.exe.

I don't know if this is the normal behavior since Windows is always a pain.

At some point it was working. I wonder if it is a new windows behavior that break this, maybe? What version of Windows do you have?
