Library cloud-localds is not available to install

When I install library cloud-localds, it cause me error with this output:

sudo apt install -y qemu-kvm qemu-system-x86 cloud-localds
Reading package lists...
Done Building dependency tree...
Done Reading state information...
Done Note, selecting 'qemu-system-x86' instead of 'qemu-kvm'
E: Unable to locate package cloud-localds

So I temporarily use library cloud-image-utils instead.
