ONE SHOT — Wave-38 Reversible dendritic NULLOR

Mission: add reversible (adiabatic) nullor-based ternary PE array; target 392 TOPS/W (×1.12 over W37 sub-V_T 350).

Why

Reversible computation bypasses Landauer kT·ln(2) loss per op. Dendritic charge reservoir recycles ~88% of switching energy. Combined with W37 sub-V_T at V=0.30V → 392 TOPS/W synth est.
