My Tools : the scenarios are not filtered correctly

The scenarios shown on page /my-tools/123 must be linked to the selected category, but with the following additional conditions:

• the scenarios authored by the user, if he/she is a teacher;
• the scenarios published in the library.

Fixed on 2015-10-19 : we now display scenarios that are associated with a ResourceCategory if the scenarios are published or if the user is one of the authors.

TO BE DONE : maybe administrators should see unpublished scenarios.
