Fix outliers

Some models have weird outliers in the lithology block that mess with follow-up computations (and also marching cubes)

@javoha the test you put for this now is looking fine since I cracked up the slope of the sigmoid. I leave this task opened for now in case you find more cases. If you do, create a similar test than in #1009
