Site: present the GemStack family as a categorized product grid (user-facing only)

Model the landing / family list on TanStack's categorized product grid (Framework / Data & State / UI & UX / Tooling style sections).

Curation rule

User-facing products only. Exclude non-user-facing tooling and infrastructure so the list stays signal, not noise (the TanStack Config example Rom flagged). Inclusion test: "would an app author npm i this directly?" If no, it does not appear in the grid (this is why the universal-* engines stay off, per #66).
