Builders Section #333
Description
Refactor the Builders section with narrowed-down contribution types. Contribution types: GitHub Repos/PRs (verified via OAuth), Intelligent Contracts (verified via wallet), Tutorials (steward review), Documentation (steward review), Blogposts (trusted builders only — prevents LLM spam).
- Define the builder contribution types in the system
- Mark blogposts as "trusted builder only" contribution type
- Implement trusted builder flag/permission
- Update contribution types list and specifics in UI
