Description
Internal and email notification system for platform events. Reference: PR #243.
- Define notification types (contribution approved, points earned, etc.)
- Build notification data model
- Implement internal notification system (in-app alerts)
- Set up email notification service
- Create email templates per notification type
- Build notification preferences UI
- Implement notification badge/indicator in header
