Invalid base_commit for ` tobymao__sqlglot` instances

We can't checkout at the referenced git commit hash. I looked at the online hugging face dataset and got the commit id for one such instance, and tried it both locally and in GitHub, and both agreed that it was indeed an invalid git commit hash. So it seems that for some reason, the git commit hashes for instances from that repo are indeed invalid.
