Front-end login ignoring session timeouts

Front-end has the same issue as #55. While working in Admin and being logged into the front-end, am being constantly booted from the front-end login every few minutes, regardless of the session timeout settings.

There may be more nuance to this issue so here's the full context:

1. I'm logged into Admin
2. I start editing a page
3. I click the eye icon to preview, this opens up the preview popup, at this point, the front-end is logged in
4. I close the preview window and go back to editing, I then save and click preview again, this time the front-end is logged out
5. I open the login page, and log back in
6. I go back to editing in Admin, click preview, it's logged in
7. Repeat from step 4
