Why should this be included in the repository?

It provides full support for AirPods on Linux. It's really useful for getting the most out of your Apple earbuds.

Are we allowed to redistribute it?

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

Any user who wants to use their AirPods natively on Solus. I think quite a few people might actually end up using it. It's a really convenient app.
