Docker no longer working

We run scrinvex in Terra. The Docker is no longer working, see error below from the backend log.

The Docker image gcr.io/broad-cga-aarong-gtex/scrinvex is hosted on Google Container Registry (GCR), which is now fully shut down as of March 2025.

According to Google’s official notice (Transition from Container Registry to Artifact Registry
), images hosted on gcr.io will no longer be accessible unless they’re migrated.

Would it be possible to re-publish the scrinvex image to Artifact Registry (e.g. us-docker.pkg.dev/.../scrinvex) or to Docker Hub / GitHub Container Registry?
