Are there any performance tests done to compare luajit vs gdscript implementation?

Running the forloop tests, as its the easiest (in debug mode), I get:

• GDScript 70ms (on release they get 45ms)
• C++ (haven't ran this locally, in release they get 0.003 ms)
• Lua: 14ms
• LuaJIT: 0.4ms

For LuaJIT I will say, sometimes it takes a very long time to start. (Sometimes I get 1563ms)

Not yet, no. We had some discussion around performance comparison in #95, but nothing more than that.

Nice, I didn't know of this godot-benchmarks repo. Maybe we could fork it and rewrite all GDScript benchmarks in Lua for a complete comparison between GDScript, Lua and LuaJIT.
