Remaining Requests show negative value if value exceeds limit

Expected behavior

Show the correct ammount

Additional context

• Shell is zsh
• Running in wsl2

It sometimes shows 0% and then the negative again. I could not yet see a pattern

Can we use that then? If we use, does it take from next month quota?
