In --acp mode the response to the initialize request returns "loadSession": false, which means that session/load is not supported.
Proposed solution
Support loading of sessions with session/load and return true in the initialize response.
Example prompts or workflows
Run in --acp mode, initialize and send session/load in order to load a session.
