fix: address PR feedback on catalog formatting

- Update timestamp to 2026-05-04
- Alphabetically re-sort extensions (aide and agent-assign were out of order)
- Remove undocumented requires.extensions field from architecture-guard-laravel
- Clarify dependency in description to follow documented catalog schema
