Hi @mnriem, thank you again for processing the related Intake Sequencing v0.2.2 update through #3807 and PR #3809.
This backward-compatible v0.3.3 update preserves the project's accepted learner and accessibility contract throughout one permission-bounded autonomous run.
Updates the existing community-catalog entry from v0.3.2 without changing the preset ID, priority 70, or opt-in scope.
Resolves the project's accepted learner and accessibility policy before Specify and again before implementation.
Carries the declared audience, language order, readability target, first-use terminology, assumed prior knowledge, and text-first dependency, status, and decision rules through Spec, Plan, Tasks, implementation evidence, documentation, and retrospective.
Does not invent a target audience, silently assume Spec Kit experience, or replace project-specific learner policy.
Preserves LocalImplementation as the safe default and requires renewed explicit authority for PublishPR or MergeAndSync; installation grants no remote permission.
Preserves read-only status, cooperative stop, explicit and idempotent resume, exact-head evidence, post-merge closeout, retrospective learning, and fail-closed handling of uncertain operations.
Preserves the optional policy-driven intake-review gate before feature creation. Repositories that do not require intake review remain unaffected, and the gate transfers no implementation, repair, commit, push, PR, merge, bypass, or administrative authority.
Keeps all 13 templates, 5 commands, and 4 scripts provider-neutral and independent of programming language, CI provider, branch versioning, agent vendor, and merge policy.
Remains compatible with Intake Review Governance v0.2.0, Intake Sequencing Governance v0.2.2, and Parallel Autonomous Run Governance v0.2.4 in the current eleven-preset composition.
The exact v0.3.3 tag points to commit a6714f807fda153c8fd63739d84b3e5774d17965; the downloaded GitHub tag ZIP passed archive validation with observed SHA-256 6044bd2b08695de9fee13d243bb79f53c0cc23f3ab1608522ca3b5ee2d4c887c.
The published preset manifest, tagged README installation command, local eleven-preset matrix, and release archive were rechecked before this submission.
Maintainer feedback on the learner-policy boundary, accessibility metadata, and community-catalog description would be appreciated. The preset remains optional, authority-neutral, and backward compatible.
